As a Director of one of the state's 19 Academic Year Governor's Schools, serving students in Culpeper, Fauquier, Rappahannock, Clarke, Winchester, Frederick,  and Warren Counties, I strongly believe the current regulations governing jointly operated programs are effective and should not be changed in any way.
