Requiring clinics that provide preganacy termination to meet the same standards as hospitals is an assault on responsible women in our Commonwealth. If termination is an easy decision for a woman, she will probably be a terrible mother and we will all suffer for that. If she struggles with this decision, she alone is the best judge of her ablilty to bear, support and raise a child successfully. Until the state provides wonderful care and long term support for the children of women who cannot provide it, the state needs to stay out of this decision for the benefit of us all.
