This proposed bill is ridiculous.  Trying to make a criminal out of someone because of their hound.  If we do this it needs done right,  this should include cats, cows,horses and so on.  Any farm or domesticated animal should be included.  It's the only fair way. The neighbors cows cause way more damage than a hound and the other's cats like to crap on my boat.  We have to fence out other's livestock so why can't hounds be fenced out?
