To say that dogs are trespassing takes some real creative thinking. Dogs follow the game and the game don't respect property lines, so the dogs can't either. This would be an idiotic bill to begin with. I speak for the 25 members of Grove Mount Club when I say we oppose any form of bill that says  anything about "dog trespass".
