Not only do we not need this legislation or law, it is actually  going to cause more issues than what you have trying to fix...my old friend always said,   a deer doesn't have a steering wheel.   You are going to try to criminalize goo's people and farmers who need the deer population thinned in areas of marsh and woods that are not accessible by foot easily

Please vote no on this proposal

Not even worth a trial, it is obvious it will become a hornets nest of issues
