I oppose this proposal! This proposal does nothing to help. It only shows how "WOKE" THE BOARD AND DWR have become. The MUMMBO/GUMMBO  sounds like it is a more anti-hunting proposal and not from a department designed to promote HUNTING! It singles out the Deer and Bear hound hunters and is unnecessary!

This proposal COULD make criminals out of law abiding hunter just because their dog crossed a "invisible " property line.

The landowners do not have any responsibility to identify their property with such as Posted signs with their names and phone numbers or even a contact.

The Virginia General Assembly has rejected this proposal and see it as having NO merit. It looks as if DWR is ignoring the facts and relying on half-truths and far-fetched stories just to support your agenda.

The Game Board and DWR are funded by the Sportsman and women of Virginia. This could and will drive hunters away which is not needed as the numbers are declining. 

Please REJECT this un-needed proposal!
