Please oppose this bill.  This bill will be the beginning of the end of dog hunting. 

I understand there are a few bad apples out there, but why punish everyone?   Most hound hunters do not want their hounds on someone else's property.  We do our best to keep them on our property, but even with GPS, things happen.  GPS loose signals, batteries die, antennas break on collars, collars quit working and even the topography of the area can prevent tracking/recall of the hound.
