I OPPOSE.   There are many deer hunters who hunt around their home or at their hunt club gathering places who do not use GPS collars.

The dogs return.  The dog owners cannot afford a GPS collar ($300 for a single collar, or $1500 for just five dogs).  In addition, a handheld as well as an antenna ($600).  

Do you want to stop the above hunter who is starting to hunt with their first dogs without a GPS collar.  I think not.

This regulation is a ploy to use against the deer and bear hunters at a time when hunting numbers continue to decline overall.
