I OPPOSE.  This is a misconception about GPS collars.  I go to hunt deer and to listen to the dogs run, observe other wildlife and the environment.  Another person's dog might come by me running a deer. 

I go to hunt, not to track dogs immediately.  Dogs cannot be stopped.  Often there is no road to be entered before a dog may cross thru to a property owned by an ant-hunter.  

DWR has ignored the truth found in their own data and is trying to sell the lie that dog hunters are a problem!

The Virginia Assembly has rejected your proposals as anti-hunting. 

The proposal singles out deer and bear dog hunters at a time when hunting numbers continues to decline overall.

No one but the anti-crowd would try to implement the above proposal.
