This regulation will cause conflict that will essentially end hound hunting and the end of my families purchasing of a hunting license. It will also take my children out of the sport of hunting   Who’s going to police a bad actor from taking my dog off my property, carrying to his/hers and then calling wildlife resources? How about hunting license purchases being cut by half or more . Has the originization  who is funded by the purchase of these licenses considered that? As the numbers  show minimal complaints made over and over by the same handful of people will effectively end a tradition in VA
