I highly oppose this bill. With the technology we have today we as dog hunters have the capability to handle our dogs better. Weith this technology the frequency of hound trespass should be alot less. And if a hound does go on unwanted land go about it the correct way. Contact the landowner to retrieve that hound. Do it in a respectful it will go a long ways.
