I personally don’t think I would be as responsible of an adult if I wasn’t raised hound hunting with the daily chores of cleaning dog pens, watering and feeding up, pulling ticks, making sure the dogs were good for the day now with that said…. Why are hounds always the first dogs to be singled out when someone complains about trespassing dogs? There’s all kinds of loose dogs all around the state year round but nothing is done since when was va not an open leash state. Only half or less of the state can you deer hunt with dogs anyway why pile on the regulations and cost/ fees on top of the way the country’s going anyway let’s leave the commercial hunting to Texas and other states there’s already enough fences going up with all of these solar projects we don’t need high fence hunting as well I like being able to afford hunting even if it’s harder know that 5 years ago. Please oppose the bill so my future kids will get to have the same raising I did with have some sense of responsibility
