I personally like to think of these hounds like our kids we feed them water them and keep them up on there vaccinations. I don’t think it’s right to pass this law. Picture this my son is hitting baseball in my back yard and the ball goes onto the neighbors property, that doesn’t give you the right to  harm/kill  my son does it?  It doesn’t even matter to me if he broke the neighbors window that doesn’t give the neighbor the right to harm/kill I would like everyone to grow up because these dogs matter more to us than some people do!!!!!!!!!!!!
