Please vote NO for this regulation. It's is not right that deer and bear hounds are being singled out if something like this passes it should be against all dogs. I still hunt also and have far more hunts ruined by people's pets that roam then hounds of any kind. And what's to protect us hunters from someone catching our dogs on the property line and carrying them over to get us a ticket or possibly a misdemeanor and to say they won't do that is wrong it happens all the time people taking collars off and hauling dogs different places. I agree there are some problems but do not think this is the way forward.
