There is a severe shortage of veterinary care in this area and this has caused backups on spay and neutering resulting in shelters that are already overburdened. The shelter workers so everything that they can to help these animals and they are drowning. They need this so baddy. Think of these poor suffering animals that need care and cannot get it.
