This is just another attempt/witch hunt, to try to create a problem that doesn’t exist for the sole purpose of making the Chesapeake Bay available for anyone except hard working, tax paying menhaden fisherman. Purse seine fishing has been going on for almost 150 years. If it is as harmful as some suggest, it would have surfaced long before now.
