How can we ask for special considerations for parents? When service facilitators that are dropping the ball on individuals in all areas of facilitation? When we reach out to CDCN & DMAS to help overcome pay issues, they refuse to calm us back or play this game of who's responsibility it is to fix the issue, putting individuals at risk of loosing support. If caregivers aren't getting paid because of systematic issues, then these individuals are at risk for health & safety. Let's fix how CDCN conviently delete background checks, never recieve them or has a disreguard so EORs have to submit it directly to DSS and VA state police. Single parents who dont have the luxury of having a community to help support an EOR role are struggling with care of high needs children. They weren't even considered but need this more than anyone. These parents are juggling care and working full time n all the parental duties on thier own, but it falls on deaf ears.
