If parents are caregivers, they should not be required to use the EVV system if no other caregivers are required to in the state. Parents have multiple organizations that are providing the oversight to ensure that they are not taking advantage of the system. There are many meetings to ensure that everything is being handled appropriately. It will take an exponentially higher amount of time to use the EVV system, and we are busy being caregivers to our children.
