I have been repeatedly told by moms in motions that they cannot start our services till my kid has an SSN. He already has Medicaid. He is eligible for SSN if the agency can prove it’s a local/state law that requires it. I have been going back and forth, there is no clarity on this and no one willing to give me on writing that it’s their requirement . Me and my husband (EOR) have valid SSN.
