EOR, EVV and limiting hrs to 40 for parents

Special needs parents have enough complexities without having to add more obstacles. EVV is just an intrusion in a service we provide for longer hours than typical families or what is approved and paid for. This also applies to the 40 hr limit, with most of us needing to be diligent round the clock. Also, How is it fair that another unrelated persons effort is counted but the parents effort is maxed out at 40? I had to quit a well paying job to stay home. While that pay can’t be matched, I shouldn’t be have limits applied to me either.
As for EOR, Special need families live in isolation most of the time. Adding this complexity is just making us servile not just to our situation but to external parties that don’t get our challenges. Please help us and don’t put more obstacles in our already hardened lives.
