I disagree with the proposed changes. Parents are more than competent in being the EOR. When someone outside of the house is the EOR, it only places the burden on other people and will decrease access to care. Also please do not cap weekly limits as some individuals need round the clock care. Finally, please do not remove respite care. This is something we as parents of children with disabilities desperately need to care for ourselves so that we can best care for them.
