Making life harder
 

DMAS only responds to outcry not common sense. If any of themactually understood what "person centered " means things might get easier for everyone.  They try to control everything and put their systems needs before the people they are paid to serve and support. DMAS you cannot be serious about parents logging on and off as they go through their day! Do a study, find a formula,  try listening to real people. Your autocracy gets in the way of improvement. And while you are studying,  find a way to NOT discriminate against single parents,  who have it hard enough as it is.

 

DMAS is not user friendly or person centered and everyone of them should be sent to training on customer service and person centeredness, with plans for organizational culture change to start listening to stakeholders and putting thpeople first.
