Ridiculous Requirement for LRI to document all tasks when Non-LRIs don't have to do the same

"5. The legally responsible individual must document all tasks for each shift on DMAS-authorized forms and submit all work shift entries through the fiscal/employer agent’s Electronic Visit Verification method."

Seriously????  So, an LRI attendant must document all of his or her tasks.  Why don't non-LRI attendants have to do this?  I had an attendant do NOTHING for my son.  I'd come home to find a mess all over my house because she didn't help my son with anything.  One night, my husband and I were out.  Our girls were home but independent (both teenagers).  Our attendant was with our son.  Our son broke a bowl, and she made my 13 year old daughter clean it up!!!  She also completely ignored him while he tried to eat the overcooked dinner she gave him.  She didn't have to document ANYTHING and she barely did anything, but an LRI has to document all tasks????  With our son, that would take HOURS of extra work and it makes no sense.

I truly don't think any of you making these ridiculous rules have children with disabilities, because you clearly have zero understanding regarding what our lives are like.  To have more trust of an outside person than a LRI is just ludicrous.
