It is in the best interest of both the state and disability families to amend the proposed changes to

1. allow parents to be EOR
2. allow caregivers to be paid over 40 hours 
3. allow respite care to continue 
4. not add additional red tape 

Families with disabled children with need 24/7 care are already struggling and need more help, not more restrictions and more red tape.
