Fix ppl not informing EOR & Care attendants that paperwork hasn't been submitted or turned in on time by service facilitator and/or care coordinator.      The care attendants pay should go through automatically until the paperwork is turned in.  They shouldn't suffer because of the forced hire of service facilitators and care coordinators who do not turn in paperwork on time and have too many case loads to keep checked up on.    The pay going to service facilitators should go to care attendants... And shouldn't need to do paperwork and visits every 3 months , 6month, yearly ... It should be 3 years once things have been approved.

      And have requirements that they need to inform you at least 2 weeks in advance of when approvals have not been met, 0aperwork needs to be submitted, etc or that public partnerships will be responsible for paycheck.  Alot live paycheck to paycheck and cannot afford overdraft fees, late bill fees, etc that result when paycheck isn't given on time because of that.
