While I express my utmost gratitude for the continued existence of this program, I find myself deeply concerned about the formidable challenge of securing a non-relative Employer of Record (EOR) who would be willing to devote an excessive amount of effort without any form of remuneration.

The sheer magnitude of paperwork in obtaining initial approval for this program proved to be a nightmare. The extensive background checks and the invasive nature of divulging personal information to potential EORs infringe upon the sanctity of HIPAA regulations.

These circumstances have left me with an overwhelming sense of hopelessness, as I perceive my objective to be nearly impossible. Moreover, I need clarification on the rationale behind imposing a strict 40-hour work-hour limit.

Given the perpetual nature of this job, coupled with the immense difficulty of sourcing nurses, the obstacles we face are truly Herculean. I would appreciate it if you could thoughtfully address these pressing concerns and earnestly consider the implementation of necessary amendments.
