I strongly support the commonwealth of Virginia staying in Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative.
I strongly oppose Governor Youngkin's efforts to withdraw the commonwealth from RGGI. I urge the Governor to cease his efforts to withdraw the Commonwealth from RGGI.
