It makes no sense to withdraw from RGGI. It is a successful, funded program that addresses climate change and the damages of flooding caused by climate change. The majority of people recognize the seriousness of climate change and want effective strategies to slow and mitigate its effects. Flood prone areas benefit greatly from this program.
