What other funding source has brought nearly $500million dollars to Virginia, to help communities with flood mitigation issues and individual homes with weatherization, and will continue to bring these funds while at the same time limiting pollution?  What is there to consider, other than absolutely keep RGGi. As far as Va Power passing on a roughly$3 a month "administrative fee" to us, they are supposed to pay their own fees to RGGI not pass the costs along to us, so the proper regulatory group needs to stop allowing them to do this. I have no idea why the Gov wants to stop RGGI, but it's not due to any negatives. RGGI brings crucial aid to a low lying seaside area, which will need increasing support very quickly, as sea levels and weather events increase, and furthermore RGGI is helping communities to prepare proactively for these changes. Even if the Giv put $500 million into the budget to provide similar services, why would we turn RGGI down, when there are simply only positives??
