Don't take Virginia out of RGGI. Our continued participation in RGGI makes environmental, economic, and public health sense and provides funds to lift up our state residents most vulnerable to and most impacted by climate change. Data shows RGGI is working, with Virginia's power plant emissions consistently decreasing for the first time in over a decade. The state now has hundreds of millions of dollars from RGGI to address urgent housing infrastructure and flood prevention needs. The future is now and we can't afford to go backwards.
