RGGI is win-win for Virginians and Climate-Keep It!

Virginia should remain a member of RGGI.  It is a market-based approach that protects the climate and has generated needed money for our state. It gives our power plants options to reduce emissions, either through smart reductions in what gets into the air or to buy time to bring plants into alignment with standards by purchasing allowances.  Legislation that brought Virginia into RGGI has been a win-win for Virginia and for the climate.  There is no other way than for our industries in our state to take action and do our part to ensure a livable environment for our grandchildren.
