RGGI, a win-win for the Commonwealth

I support the RGGI, a market-based, carbon cap-and-trade agreement that requires energy producers to reduce emissions or purchase allowances to exceed them. It's a good way to incentivise energy producers to move toward low-or-no CO2 sources, like nuclear, wind, and solar. Also it provides funds for coastal areas to prepare for future sea level rise. It's a win-win for the Commonwealth.
