Without Parent caregivers, my son has no care

We live in a very small town and my son is extremely medically complex due to a rare genetic disorder. He is tube fed so no nurses can care for him. No one in our area is trained enough to care for him as a regular babysitter. This means I cannot work. And one income is not feasible for a family of 4, especially when we have to travel to UVA for his therapies and appointments multiple times a week. That is a 90mile trip one way. Without me being his paid caregiver I’m not sure what we will do.. but if I continued to stay home we would definitely lose everything we have.
