Parents and Spouses should be approved caregivers

Finding well-qualified, caring attendants for a disabled child or spouse is very difficult.  This is especially true in the current employment market when many entry level jobs pay more than the position, are usually easier work, and provide more consistent hours.  It makes sense that a parent or spouse is the person best equipped to care for their loved one.  Being able to fulfill this role has been extremely positive for our family, and we hope you will reconsider before making such a foolish decision in removing this benefit.
