I hope that the decision lay in the hands of our love ones. Everyone that comes into our house do not have our child best interest at heart. We continue to have a revolving door as aides come and go. They are underpaid and overworked. We have left our jobs and when we were out there working  aide were calling out, not showing up causing us to have to call out on our own jobs. It make sense for parents and caregivers to be able to continue being the attends.
