It is heartbreaking to see parents and caregivers have to come here on their knees , begging for help for their special needs children and loved ones . Shameful , help these already struggling families .They have so much on them already , don't make it harder for them .Leave these waivers in place , these families  need support , they are trying to take care of the people they love against tremendous odds .HELP THEM.
