This not right..Parent need the money to keep up the daily living that's required for the Family as well as the Disabled Child..Also Respite need to stay in effect so the Parents can have time off.Just like every working Parent..it's not easy taking care of a Disable Person..Keep it the way that it is..Or Give them more ..Put yourself in there shoes..
