As a parent to a child with disabilities and complex care it concerns me that we have to allow a stranger in our home at all times of the day to provide care for our child. Our child will have a stranger assisting with Medical and Behavioral Needs that are personal and private to them. The current flexibility has been a life saver and this will have an impact on our child’s functioning if this flexibility is taken away. Please allow existing parents to continue to provide care to our children!
