Please keep the Consumer Directed option for parents to be attendants for their children!  To force an agency to manage this process when there is already an effective process in place through Consumer Directed options creates additional bureaucracy, will cost more to facilitate, and creates unnecessary burden on those caregivers and families who are just trying to get by.  We need to support these individuals and their families, not create more paperwork, more headache, and more challenges than they already have.  It adds no value to the process, but impacts the rights of those families significantly.  Keep things as they are - if it isn't broken, don't try to fix it!
