This is unfair what you’re trying to do to homecare workers, We care for our love ones because some facilities are short of staff some agency workers do not love your love ones like you do and you still have to work behind some facilities and agency workers. So why not just leave the love one at home if you still have to do the job of a facility or a agency worker.

why is it up to you to decide that we have to become a agency worker and we will only get 40 hours of pay when the pay rate is not even minimum wage as yet I feel if you are not doing this job you should not have a say so my love one needs 24 hour care, who will take my place?
