The proliferation of data centers in Northern Virginia is outstripping the ability of Dominion Electric to provide the power they need to operate.  Data centers should NOT BE REWARDED with a variance to allow them to operate on diesel generators.  The citizens of Northern Virginia should not be subjected to the noise and pollution of their diesel generators.  This is not an emergency; it is totally the result of poor planning and greed.  

Do not reward data center owners' greed!
