I am writing to express my opposition to one of the most significant threats to the pristine rural countryside ever facing Prince William County. To destroy this hallowed ground with data centers and diesel generators is utterly shocking. Changing the rural character of this precious part of Prince William County is unconscionable. Rural land lost today is gone forever. If you are truly the Department of Environmental Quality, you would understand the devastating impact these mammoth data centers will have on water quality, water supply, agricultural resources, construction traffic, noise, destroyed wildlife habitat, viewshed and overall quality of life.  There has been no site assessment to assess the impacts of these data centers to water usage, carbon emissions and agricultural resources.  Allowing diesel generators to make up the inevitable loss of power to run these monstrosities makes no sense. Two wrongs do not make a right. Please do not allow such destruction.  Protect our environmental quality.
