I am strongly opposed to granting a variance for Data Centers that would allow the use of diesel generators whenever there is great demand on the power grid.   Why were they permitted to build in the first place if their energy demands would place a strain on the grid?  For the centers that are already in existence, a way must be found to use renewable sustainable power sources.   Certainly NO MORE Data Centers should be built until this problem is solved.

Allowing this variance is a BIG step backward for air pollution and the need to move away from fossil fuel.  Please do NOT allow the variance.
