No Diesel pollution allowances for VA Data Centers; they should build Solar Farms

Modern data centers in Virginia should make use to the least polluting power sources. For example; Google is building new Solar Farms to provide most of the needed power to their Data Centers in Alabama and Tennessee; "Two largest solar farms ever built for Google will power two massive new data centers the company is building in southeastern US. "

In addition; Google's Nevada data center to be powered by billion-dollar solar farm;

These are the type of long term investments that should accompany Data Center construction in Virginia.
