I would like to express my support for the original nondiscrimination rules That included Sexual orientation, ability, religious beliefs, age, and gender. 

Gay parents are just as qualified as straight parents to raise children, and in a state like VA, which ranks at the top in the country in terms of children who age out of foster care without a permanent family, it is important that the pool of elligble parents is as big as it can be.

Please do not allow discrimination, of any kind.
