I have lived in Virginia for almost 60 years and we continue to build residential and commercial developments and "fill in" the infrastructure later, WHY? If we do not have enough power to run the data centers you wish to build then build the power FIRST! But I guess it is easier to ask for forgiveness later to build carbon generating power stations to relieve the carbon generating generators that support misplaced Data Centers that were shoe horned in next to small communities.

When will politicians actually work for the people who elected them and take their interest into account FIRST?!?! Data Centers do not belong 100 feet from homes, schools or other residential areas! BUILD SMART!!!
