Did you know that soot particles from diesel are small enough to penetrate lung cells? 
and folks who work around diesel vehicles are 7.5 times more likely to develop lung cancer? Who is going to track the cases of cancer, asthma, heart disease, breathing problems when thousands of generators are running for months at a time? Is this really how you plan to protect childern, families, animals and mother earth?  If so the name should be changed to Department of Abysmal Environmental Quality.
