If PW County wants to build data centers, I can think of worse things. But please do the right thing. 
Make these data centers conform to air and noise pollution standards. And I’m not talking about standards that are lower than the standards that everyone else has to follow. No diesel generators for power. These are supposed to be high tech environments so use high tech power for the environment. Their pollution footprint should be lower than the surrounding area not higher. 
And noise standards should also be rigid. Hugh air handlers make a lot of noise. Contain these noise pollutants and keep them quiet to the outside. 
Build these to a standard that you would want next door to you, or your children or grandchildren.
