Do not allow additional air pollution via diesel generators.  Unlike other parts of the state, Northern Virginia already has air pollution high enough to require car emission tests to keep it under control.  So why is the state thinking about allowing another source of pollution.  In general, I do not object to data centers, but they need to use solar or some other source of backup power.
