1. Any move to protect our environment should be pursued .     2. Any move to work jointly with surrounding states, 11 in this case, should be pursued.   3. Any move to negate a progressive step taken several years ago should not be pursued, forcing Virginia to take a step backwards.  The regulation is a move by forward-thinking legislators from multiple states; honor it.
